Mark Turner lead his team to undertake the project at Brick Street, Mayfair, London to create a high end apartment, a studio unit and offices (plse fill in areas etc if needed). The works were carried out to an occupied building with restricted access.

The project necessitated working in close liaison with the client and his specialists, the architect and structural engineer to take existing industrial premises and carry out structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical services and finishings and to chart the project through to completion whilst achieving a high standard of finish. The architects’ detailing demanded the close co-ordination of joinery for example within the minimalist design and the resulting tolerances and fit of the components demonstrate a high level of workmanship that is very evident in the finished product.

Mark has a very hands-on approach on site but also combines this with an ability to produce detailed computer generated drawings and this was very evident in the circular steel escape stair case, which was designed and installed in-house.

Combined with a can-do approach and clear and efficient communication skills, the scheme benefitted from Mark’s ability to manage the project information available and his team together with specialist contractors to deliver a project that is a credit to his company and sits well within any portfolio of work undertaken and therefore he comes highly recommended.
